Dr. Sarah was born and raised in Toronto, but was lucky enough to spend most of her summers growing up in Muskoka. She initially completed a Bachelor of Commerce Degree at McGill University, however after spending some time volunteering in the Veterinary Industry, including here at Huntsville Animal Hospital as a student, she decided to pursue veterinary medicine as a career and has never looked back! Sarah graduated from the University College Dublin in Ireland in 2017 and joined the team at Huntsville soon after. Dr. Sarah practiced for 3 years here then for a few years at another clinic. Dr. Sarah returned back to Huntsville Animal Hospital in September of 2022 taking on the role as MDVM, as she is so glad she did!

The areas of veterinary medicine that Dr. Sarah most enjoys are: oncology, internal medicine and the importance of annual wellness exams.

Sarah and her husband share a home with 4 dogs, 2 cats and 20 chickens! In her spare time Dr. Sarah is either on a hike in Algonquin Park with her dogs, golfing, kayaking, cooking, entertaining or travelling ( 33 countries to date!)
