Ginny graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Carleton University in spring of 2012. She then went to Seneca College for their Veterinary Technician program and graduated with high honours in spring 2014.

Ginny started working at Huntsville Animal Hospital in May of 2009 and continued working there each summer break while completing her schooling. Upon completion of the Vet Tech program, she began working full-time at Huntsville Animal Hospital.

Ginny’s family includes her husband Ben, two dogs, and a horse. Her dog Rusty is a rescue from Kentucky, he is a red and white Border Collie/Beagle mix. Vera is the newest addition to the family, she is a Border Collie/Golden Retriever mix who Ginny adopted from school. Bo is a sorrel Quarter Horse with quite the personality; always down to stir up some trouble with his friends.

In her spare time, Ginny enjoys hiking with the dogs, horseback riding, and dirt biking. She is always teaching the dogs new tricks and finding new ways to keep them occupied.
