Holly started as a Cooperative high school education student at Huntsville (Algonquin) Animal Hospital. She then went on to post-secondary school in British Columbia taking Marketing and Business Venturing. During this time she pursued her passion for animals through volunteer endeavors in animal welfare, which grew into starting a dog rescue working with remote northern Ontario communities.

Holly joined Huntsville Animal Hospital in the spring of 2023, while still leading our affiliated clinic - Bracebridge Animal Hospital.

At Huntsville Animal Hospital, Holly enjoys leading a compassionate team and being able to help animals and supporting their families in another way in addition to rescuing dogs in need. Holly finds work exciting as she loves learning something new every day, the challenges that come with it, and the reward of helping owners and their pets.

Holly shares her time outside of work and rescue efforts with her husband and three northern dogs: Harper, Jay, and Fate. She enjoys all Muskoka has to offer; including camping, hiking, and golfing – really any activity where she can spend quality time with her dogs.
