Lacey joined our client services team in early 2021 after a 10-year-long career as the store manager at the local Pet Valu.

Lacey brings with her a wealth of knowledge from the pet industry as well as a background in breeding miniature pinchers and managing two top show-dog kennels.

Lacey is a truly wonderful person to have to join our team. She is perpetually smiling and laughing, always focused on the client experience, and has an insatiable appetite for learning. Always asking questions to learn more about veterinary medicine and has become an integral part of our client services team.

Lacey has lived in Muskoka for 11 years. She spends her time with her husband Justin and their dogs Baxter and Kenzie, hiking, gardening, fishing, and just loving what Muskoka’s beauty has to offer.
